The moment you're in

Leaders usually come to me at an inflection point.

You've stepped into a bigger role, and the approach that got you here isn't carrying you anymore. Or the organization is asking you to lead through complexity that has no playbook. Or things look successful from the outside — and you're aware of what it's quietly costing you: your energy, your presence at home, your sense that the work means something.

You don't need to be fixed. You need a different kind of conversation than the ones available to you — one with no agenda except your leadership and your life, with someone skilled enough to go wherever it needs to go.

What this is

Coaching with me is a deeper conversation with yourself — so that you can be courageously present with yourself and with life.

In practice, that means we look directly at what is actually happening: in your organization, your relationships, your own patterns. We work with how you think, and also with what your body and nervous system are doing while you lead — because sustainable change happens there, not in concepts.

This work is for people with a real commitment — to the world they want to create, to the leader they want to be, to the experience of life they want to have. It is not remedial, and it is not a luxury. It is you taking full responsibility for your work, your leadership, and your life.

How it works

01

We talk.

A 60-minute introductory conversation — real coaching, not a sales call. You'll leave knowing what it's like to work with me, and whether this is your next step.

02

We design the partnership.

Engagements are long-term and designed to meet you and your needs.

03

We work.

Between sessions you'll have practices and support. The conversation deepens over time. What begins as a question about your leadership becomes a transformation in how you live.

Who I've worked with

Executives, founders, and senior leaders.

I've worked across industries — major academic institutions and non-profits, startups at all stages, and global pharmaceutical companies.

I have a special penchant for working with the leader beside the leader — the COO, the chief of staff, the one who leads through participatory process, the second-chair violinist in a world-class orchestra. Even the shy CEO. These are leaders whose power is relational: they hold the whole system together, sense what's coming before anyone else does, and make everyone around them better. Everyone depends on them — and almost no one sees what it takes.

The biggest throughline in my clients is a strong commitment to something that matters — impact, relationships, and legacy.

In their words

"She helped me truly identify and process my fears, as well as take action. Our conversations were what helped get me out of my rut and find the courage to pursue the things that are meaningful." Y.H.
"I regained my resourcefulness, confidence, and creativity. She allowed space for me to discover richness amidst the spectrum of experience that constitutes life, work, and creation." B.M.
"At the time I hired Katherine, there was a significant chance my business would have folded. She not only diffused the conflict — she created stronger, deeper relationships. Three years later, my company has grown to a multi-million dollar business." P.M.

About me

I believe something that not everyone will tell you: getting to the top is not worth it if you have to leave yourself behind to get there.

I care about results — but just as important is the experience you have of yourself, your life, and your work.

I care about impact — but I believe your most profound impact will come from leveraging your gifts, your values, and your purpose.

I care about relationship — because we are capable of more together than we are alone.

I have spent my life studying how human beings come into presence — first as an actor, now as a coach.

Acting taught me what presence actually is: not charisma, not performance, but the capacity to be fully here, in contact with what is real, while everyone watches. Coaching is where I learned what presence makes possible — for leaders, and for the organizations and families that depend on them.

My practice is rooted in ontology — who you are being while you do what you do — and informed by somatics, Internal Family Systems, trauma-informed practice, and a long personal grounding in meditation.
